* configure.in: Recognize f95 in the --enable-languages option,
	and substitute it for fortran, issuing a warning.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* Make-lang.in: Change targets prefixes from f95 to fortran.
	* config-lang.in: Change language name to "fortran".
	* lang.opt: Change language name to "fortran".
	* options.c: Change CL_F95 to CL_Fortran.
