0bca51f080 backport: copy-prop, incremental SSA updating of FUD chains and newly exposed symbols.
Merge from tree-cleanup-branch: VRP, store CCP, store
	    copy-prop, incremental SSA updating of FUD chains and
	    newly exposed symbols.
