* except.c (add_handler): Return `void'. Don't call link_handler;
instead construct an ordinary linked list and do range
coalescing.
(check_nested_ranges): New function.
(link_handler): Changed interface to allow merging of eh_ranges.
Split overlapping ranges. Return `void'.
