	* c-opts (c_common_handle_option): -Wall only has effect if
	warn_main is uninitialized. OPT_Wmain is automatically
	handled. -pedantic also enables Wmain.

	(check_main_parameter_types): Make pedwarns conditional on
	OPT_Wmain.
